The ideal person should have a minimum experience of 5 years gained in reputable Lodges/Hotels and should be comfortable in all areas of the kitchen. Should also have experience in multi-cuisine styles with mostly ala carte service. Attention to detail is of the highest priority. Candidate should be able to direct and train, discipline and nurture staff to attain the results that we set out to achieve.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Duties: To assist the Food and Beverage manager in the day to day running of our Food and Beverage Department and in her absence take over her responsibilities.

Ensure smooth and professional service in all Food and Beverage outlets. Accurate Food and Beverage administration, stock control, ensure a high level of discipline, train and develop Food and Beverage staff. Maintain customer relations and good communication between other departments and employees. Ensure a high standard of hygiene amongst staff and the entire department. The ideally person should have a minimum experience of 5 years gained in reputable Lodges/Hotels

Pastry Chef

The ideal person should have an all-round knowledge of the preparation of bread, pastries and confectionery. The person will run the pastry department under the guidance of the Executive Chef. The candidate should have more than 3 years of experience in a reputable establishment

The prospective candidates must have relevant qualifications (a diploma or above), be mature & enjoy working in a remote bush environment, understand, & have the necessary initiative to deal with day to day challenges this environment presents.
