This position reports to the Director of Business Development within the Business Development Department.

Main Purpose of the Job

To effectively coordinate the customer relationship management process in order to ensure the delivery and maintenance of the best possible level of customer services.

Position Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing or related discipline.
Experience: Five years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
