FINANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

The Applicant must have the following qualifications

• Professional qualification in Chartered Accountancy or
• Professional qualification in Cost and Management Accountancy
• Degree/Professional qualification/knowledge of Company Law/Secretarial and Procedures is an added advantage
• Associate or Fellow Membership of The Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants

EXPERIENCE

• The applicant must have 10 to 15 years overall experience in the field of accounts, finance, financial management, audit and internal audit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Heading finance department
• Accounting and Financial management and reporting to Managing

Director

• Working with Statutory Auditors. Audit Committee, etc.
• Working with Company Secretary, License consultant, etc.
• Annual performance appraisal and reward for the manpower and wage

negotiation, etc.

• Preparation of yearly budgets and budget consolidation, monthly budget variance analysis
• Cash flow analysis both Operational and Financial
• Able to work with system developers,
• Overall day to day management of finance division
• Responsible to train and develop the finance team

REMUNERATION

This is one of the Top Management Positions and Salary will be offered based on qualification and experience.
