Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any related field
• Recognised professional accounting qualification is an added advantage
• Potential to learn and apply new knowledge/techniques

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for assisting the Management Information and Planning Analyst in the preparations of timely, accurate and reliable Management information from the SAP systems on a monthly basis and feed into all stakeholders by the due dates.
• Support and coordinate with Business on the monthly Integrated Business process to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Assisting in the monthly review of actual to plan performance for all Business segments and cost budgets.
• Assisting the Management Information and Planning Analyst with monthly Management Information Reporting to Vivo Energy Central Team within tight group deadlines.
• Support and coordinate with Business to deliver on time the annual Planning process using HPL and HFM planning tools.
• Support and coordination with Business to deliver accurate quarterly Business forecast and reviews.
