OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make Policy, Planning and Sales Strategy for a manufacturing plant
• Retail Management and product development.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Oversee the whole operations i.e production, maintenance of the plant. Stock Control, Human Resource and Sales and marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10-year experience of retail management is a mandatory requirement preferably in a supervisory/Managerial level.
• Minimum of 5-year experience in Warehousing logistics in a retail environment required.
