The Company invites applications to fill the following Senior Position.

PLANT WORKSHOP MANAGER

Candidates should have completed a Mechanical Apprenticeship with a reputable organization specializing in the repair and maintenance of large plant (Graders, Rollers, Excavators, Pay Loaders, Heavy-duty Trucks, Water Bowsers etc. of various brands, Bell Komatsu, Caterpillar + JSB).

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must be able to accurately troubleshoot/diagnose the cause of machine failure and prepare quotations and proposals to render the machine operate as economically as possible and in the shortest possible downtime. He will be required to ensure that a high quality of workmanship will be carried out by the staff under his control at all times and prepare reports / make recommendations to management to ensure best practices and plant utilization.

The person we are seeking must be dynamic, self-motivated, and have held a similar position for a minimum of 10 years preferably in our region.

Remuneration will be market-related and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
