TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
As Technical Service Manager will be ensuring high-level customer satisfaction through carrying out diagnosis, communicating vehicle status in the workshop and repairs with customers, making sure workshop is equipped to carry out work according to service plan, giving technical support to workshop staff and updating breakdown report on a weekly basis as well as opening and closing job cards on time
Requirements:
Must be qualified Automotive Electncian from Motor Trade Manufacturer and with a minimum of 15 years successful senior experience with brands: Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler. Fiat and Alfa-Romeo of which 10 years must have been as an Auto Electrician / Service Manager.
