ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COLUMBUS STAINLESS BURSARY
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- You must have completed Matric
- You must be studying towards a qualification in one of the fields listed above
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics Bursary: You must be studying towards a BSc or BCom qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Informatics and entering your 2nd year of study in 2022
- Electrical Engineering Bursary: You must be studying towards a BEng or BSc (Eng) qualification in Electrical Engineering and entering your 3rd year of study in 2022
- Electrical Engineering Bursary: You must be studying towards a National Diploma qualification in Process Instrumentation or a BEngTech qualification in Process Instrumentation and entering your final year of study in 2022
- Industrial Engineering Bursary: You must be studying towards a BEng or BSc (Eng) qualification in Industrial Engineering and entering your 4th year of study in 2022
- Mechanical Engineering: You must be studying towards a BEng or BSc (Eng) qualification in Mechanical Engineering and entering your 3rd year of study in 2022
- Mechanical Engineering Bursary: You must be studying towards a National Diploma qualification in Process Instrumentation or a BEngTech qualification in Process Instrumentation and entering your final year of study in 2022
- Physical Metallurgy / Material Science Bursary: You must be studying towards a BEng or BSc (Eng) qualification in Physical Metallurgy or Material Science and entering your 3rd year of study in 2022
- You must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
- You must have achieved a minimum overall average of 60%
