Sappi Learnerships Requirements

Every learnership has some stipulations that must be met by applying candidates and these offered by Sappi are no different. We have listed their basic requirements below.

Stipulations candidates must meet to be eligible:

  • All candidates must be citizens of South Africa
  • Candidates must be no younger than 18 and no older than 25 when they apply
  • All candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate
  • A candidate must have passed Matric with 65% for English, 70% for both Mathematics and Physical Science
  • All candidates must have a legal ID document/book/card
  • Candidates must be fluent in the English language
  • All candidates must hold a diploma or degree in their field if applicable to their application

Applicants may also be required to have a valid driver’s license, be computer literate or have other applicable experience or knowledge. All candidates must be able to work individually and be team players.
