ABOUT THE BURSARY PROVIDER – ARENA ACADEMY & SCHOOL OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

School of Entrepreneurship And Arena Holdings Bursary South Africa | Arena Academy is a school and corporate social investment initiative of Arena Holdings – the publisher of TimesLIVE and the Sunday Times. Arena Academy aims to ensure that all its students have the tools needed to succeed academically and in the future.

The School of Entrepreneurship was created to foster entrepreneurs, allowing them to become valuable members of society and the economy. The vision of the School of Entrepreneurship is to create a generation of successful entrepreneurs who can create sustainable and profitable businesses, thus also reducing unemployment.

ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME

Arena Academy, partnered with the School of Entrepreneurship is inviting candidates to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2023 academic year..

101 bursaries will be awarded, to the value of R19 995 each, as part of their 4LIFE Entrepreneurship Mastery Online Programme.

The 4LIFE Entrepreneurship Mastery Programme hopes to allow all people (including students straight out of Matric, or those in a corporate job) the opportunity to hone the skills and knowledge needed to start their own business. The 4LIFE Entrepreneurship Mastery Programme will provide candidates with expert guidance, coaching by professional entrepreneurs, ongoing support, and tools needed to open their own company and ultimately achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

What you will receive from the programme:

Lifetime access (this includes future content upgrades and access to an exclusive entrepreneur community)
Monthly mentoring and coaching
Streamed live online sessions (this excludes holidays and commences at 09h00 (GMT +2))
Recorded sessions, meaning you can watch online without limitations
Assignments, exercises and case studies
An interactive Q&A at the end of each session
The guidance that is personalized by an accountability coach
An Enneagram Assessment (bonus)
A 6-Month GrowthKit Web Marketing Platform Subscription (bonus)

Modules included in the programme:
Module 1: Start your Business

In this module, you will receive coaching, support and the initial blueprint needed to kickstart your business easily and efficiently.

Module schedule: Candidates must attend a daily live session

Module 2: Scale your Business

In this module, you will receive training from a team of professional entrepreneurs who will aid you in establishing your new business.
Duration: 6 months
Module start date: 1 June 2022
Module schedule: Candidates must attend a daily live session

Module 3: Sustain your Business

In this module, candidates will receive lifetime access to the company’s entrepreneur community, allowing them to establish a solid business network through referrals.
Duration: Lifetime

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BURSARY

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

You must be 16 years old or older
You must have a device that can connect to the internet
You must have stable internet access for streaming purposes
You must be fully committed to completing all coaching sessions and attending/watching live recordings
You must be fully committed to completing all the assignments
You must read and agree to the rules, terms and conditions
