Century Office Supplies is in the business of Office Automation Solutions, Stationary, Furniture, Computer Software and services. Personal Computers and offers a One-Stop Information Technology (IT) Solutions/Services including Internet Service Provision (ISP).

We seek to invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of:

TECHNICAL MANAGER – ISP

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining an Active Directory network; managed computer and user accounts.

Perform Layer I, II and III troubleshooting, while maintaining trouble ticket tracking, following internal/external escalation procedures and customer notifications.

Implementing, Configuring, Managing and Planning Microsoft Exchange Server for the Enterprise.

Design redundant switching networks (CISCO ASR 9000).

Manage Leased-Lines. Wireless, Frame Relay, ADSL, PSTN, RAS and VOIP.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of a Certificate in Network Engineering is essential.
  • A minimum of a 10-year experience in Network Engineering Field is a prerequisite
  • A minimum of 3-year experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment is required.
