Position: Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
• Provide general support to visitors/clients
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Overseeing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Handle multiple projects
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Cover the reception desk when required
• Assisting operations in calculating timesheets
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Organize travel when required
• Resolve administrative problems
• Coordinating office activities and operations
• Email correspondence
• Minute taking when necessary
