1. Electrical – Handyman (1)
•BGCSE and NCC (Electrical or Plumbing preferred)

2. General Handyman (2)
•BGCSE and NCC (Electrical, Plumbing, Construction preferred)

3.Plumber Assistant Handyman (1)
•BGCSE and NCC (Plumbing preferred)

4. SHE Officer (3)
• Diploma in Health & Safety.
• At least 2 Years’ experience as a health and safety officer.

5. Help Desk Operator (2)
•At least a Certificate in secretarial/Business administration and 2 years’ experience

6. Office Administrator Finance (1)
•Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management/ Accounts and 3 years’ experience

. Office Administrator Procurement (1)
•Diploma in Business Management/ Purchase and supply, CIPS and 3 years’ experience

8. SHE Manager (1)
•Diploma in Health & Safety
•3- 5 years’ experience of which 1 year should be in a managerial position in FM environment.

9. Aircon Technician (2)
•NCC in air-conditioning
•1+ year experience as an Aircon Tech

10. Help Desk Manager (1)
•Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
•3-5 work experience as a Help desk manager
