Key Performance Areas
- Develops short, medium and long-term strategies for the utilization of Brand Botswana in promoting socio-economic development.
- Identifies opportunities for the utilization of the Brand Botswana identity to promote Botswana as an investment destination.
- Lead in the development and negotiation of brand campaign offers that optimize the brand value proposition.
- Networking and partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including government (ownership and leadership of brand values) and private sector (brand delivery).
- Provide leadership through the provision and implementation of Botswana’s national brand awareness and promotion strategies, initiatives and plans.
Educational qualifications and experienceMaster’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent master’s degree. Ten (10) years’ experience, five (5) of which should have been at senior management level within a commercial environment.
