Kearsney College is looking for a first-class, dynamic Assistant Rugby Coach
to join the 1st XV rugby team in January 2022

Duties

• Assist the Director of rugby in the implementation of Kearsney’s rugby blueprint;
• Foster an environment of development;
• Coach A-team rugby at Kearsney College;
• Build a positive, supportive and inclusive team environment that provides players enjoyment, success and challenge;
• Develop technical, tactical and life skills of the players that you are coaching;
• Strong recruitment knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

• IRB Level 2 or 3 accreditation;
• Boksmart accreditation;
• Recent experience at coaching rugby at a recognised high level of competition;
• Flexibility to work during terms 1, 2, 3 and 4 during the academic calendar;
• The ability to attend all tours, camps, training sessions, post-match functions, information evenings, marketing events, trial matches and games.
