Minimum Requirements
- Degree in HR Management, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years experience in recruitment & selection
- Excellent Computer skills
- Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws
- HR administration, process and best practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Key Responsibility Areas
- Recruitment planning
- Execution of recruitment and selection plan
- Advertising & Screening of applications
- Conducting both written and oral interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment security and medical checks
- Records management for all recruitment documentation
- Weekly and monthly recruitment status reporting
- Employee employment contracts management

- Excellent Communication Skills (fluency in both Setswana and English)
