We are looking for an experienced and innovative HR executive with a proven track record at a leadership level.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Business Administration/Industrial Relations/Psychology) is required.
• A Master’s Degree in HRM/Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• At least 7 years’experience in a Human Resources field of which 4 years must have been gained at senior management level.
• Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws is essential.
