Future Leaders will be selected for a two-year graduate program and placed in eight divisions including Oncology, Market Access, Digital, Legal, IT, Quality Assurance, Clinical Research and Data Science depending on your choice of career. In the divisions you will have access to some of the best minds in the business, acquiring valuable new skills and being part of high deliverable projects.

The Oncology Graduates will support the Brand and Customer managers with key projects and is responsible for the following activities related to Oncology portfolio (of brands).

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Marketing team with the Botswana launch

  • Commercialization preparation and marketing plans for various indication

  • Assist with forecasting

  • Develop marketing material to support the launch

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a successful outcome on various tasks within the Oncology Marketing space.

  • Manage and support with the Internal compliance approval process for all events, including Sponsorships, and small meetings

  • Market Analysis of potential new product launches.

  • Conduct Market analysis to map out the current situation, competitive environment, set up the forecast and to identify new development opportunities within new therapeutic areas

  • Support BCM’s on ad hoc initiatives and identified brand plan opportunities that will drive growth for the portfolio

  • Support on L3 brand planning process and digital activities/materials

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Business/ Health Sciences Degree

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Postgraduate qualification would be an advantage

  • Ideally some prior exposure to Sales/ Marketing

  • Drivers License
