Minimum Requirements

• Degree in HR Management, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years experience in recruitment & selection
• Excellent Computer skills
• Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws
• HR administration, process and best practice
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibility Areas

• Recruitment planning
• Execution of recruitment and selection plan
• Advertising & Screening of applications
• Conducting both written and oral interviews
• Coordinate pre-employment security and medical checks
• Records management for all recruitment documentation
• Weekly and monthly recruitment status reporting
• Employee employment contracts management
